Shipping Policy

Onhand items:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Pre-orders or STBO(Soon to be on hand) items:

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days (excluding holidays) after receiving the items to our warehouse. You will receive updates from the time the items are shipped out from the country of origin until the items arrived to our warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Made-to-order items:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping:  The shipping rate will be based on your location and chosen carrier.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over ₱500 within Cabanatuan. For orders under ₱500, we charge ₱50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am - 5pm on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at location, San Josef Norte, Cabanatuan City. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 2pm - 6pm on Tuesday - Saturday and 9am - 6pm on Sunday - Monday. Please have your order confirmation email or the Order number with you when you come.

International Shipping

Currently, we are not providing international Shipping. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are using different carrier to ship your orders. You can track your order from the carrier's tracking page.
